I used to work for GES also, and I can't stress enough how nutty it is working there. You're constantly getting dragged in for b.s. meetings that go nowhere, working entire vacation days with no extra pay (but maybe some pizza!), and being subjected to Kojima's major personality quirks. Keith seems like a bit of a wanker (and I've heard so from many people who met him during his...err...stay here), but a decent interview process should take care of that kind of thing. Still, he did get screwed over. So, to get to the point, I don't advise anyone going to work for GES. Most people who do only stay for a single year, and then move on to better things.
