I have also worked for Peppy Kids Club, KTC. It was the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. Back home in America they would be shut down and put out of business. Horrible teachers and you are told complete lies from day one. They even stiffed me out of my last paycheck.........it was supposed to be for 270,000yen and they only gave me around 50,000yen!(they owed me about 2,500US$ and only payed me about 450US$). Completely illegal and disrespectful.........a truly horrible company to work for. I could tell you horror stories from day one with this place. Don't bother with them..............find another place to work. This place is a complete waste of time and should be shut down................not to mention you will be watching about 10 three year olds completely alone. They can barely speak Japanese..........and your supposed to control them by speaking English. It is completely insane..........and if one kid says something bad about you the "company" can fire you at will. There is no job security or reliabililty.........let alone responsibilty.
