Here is a "school" to stay away from. This place is a nightmare. First of all you will be teaching 7classes (minimum) a day...........with only 10minutes inbetween each class. You get no sick days........you are expected to teach until you lose your voice. You only get 5days off per year. This is only after you have been there for 6months.......before that you get no time off. And when you do get time off YOU have to find a teacher to work for you and PAY them yourself........plus overtime. The supposed "owner" is extremely shady. He gets caught in his lies almost everytime he talks. If you trust him at all you are a fool. As an example of how this place is run think about this. A teacher's parent became gravely ill........so as you can imagine the person flew home. The "owner" of the school told him that he would still have his job when he came back. Well this person came back and guess what they found out? For every hour of work he missed the "owner" took that money out of his paycheck from the month before........plus overtime. So, he came back and found out that the money he was supposed to get was not in his bank account! The "owner" stole the money while he was visiting his sick parent. The teacher obviously asked for his money and he wouldn't give it to him. This same thing happend more than once. He will try not to pay you for overtime as well...........your lucky if you just get your normal paycheck. On top of that if you are sick and call out......even a whole day before.......they will "write" you up as skipping work. Many teachers who left this place never got there last paycheck...........and many that got it only received part of their money. There is about a 99% turnover rate at this school........most teachers only stay 4-6months. Once the smart teachers realize this place is a joke they get out. He talks to the secretaries and teachers like they are slaves........completely disrespectful. He could only get away with all this because he is in Japan. You've been warned. Mr. England...
