Hello. I'm thinking about going to study in Japan. I'm trying to get as much information as I can. For those who have lived in Japan as foreign students, all I need to know is the price of a good place to live in Tokyo or Sendai with basic plublic utilities, bathroom and toilet; I don't need a kitchen. What about food? How much was your monthly expense in food? How much was your monthly expense, not regarding your tuition? Web sites and blogs don't give me enough information, just averages.
